Radio stations WNRI and WARV "live stream" their radio stations over the internet.  So if you are outside of the Rhode Island reception area and you have access to the internet, you can listen to "THE VICTORY HOUR" at the above air times.  Simply navigate to the corresponding station's website and click on the "Listen Online" or "Listen Live" button.
